About message boards
Message boards exist all over AOL, so no matter where you are exploring, you're likely to find a place to share your interests with others. You can also find all of our message board topics at Message Boards.
Message boards differ from chat rooms in that the conversations are not 'immediate': messages posted on message boards can remain for others to read and respond to for months. AOL message boards are moderated by volunteer hosts. All UK message board hosts have screen names with the prefix 'UKHost'. Postings are subject to the Conditions of Service and the standards of the specific community. These can be found when you sign on to AOL and visit Keyword: COS
