You can create a standard signature you can add to your message board posts.

To use a standard signature

Your message board signature can be formatted and include hyperlinks.
To create a message board signature:

1. Navigate to a message board.
2. Click the Settings button.
3. Click the Signature tab.
4. In the text box, type your signature.
5. Click the Save button.

Note: If your signature appears double spaced, try entering a break tag at the end of each line instead of hitting the enter key. A break tag is written <br>.

Add a signature to your message board post

You will not see the signature until your message is posted to the message board.

To add a signature to your message board post:
As you write your message on the Add Thread or Reply To: box, click the Use Signature or Include My Signature box to place a tick in it.
