Our Conditions of Service team takes the necessary action on all emails reported to us.  They do not acknowledge every report sent to the COS screen names as these reports are processed in batches and we wish to avoid multiple replies being sent to your account. 

In addition, data protection regulations mean we cannot provide any member with details relating to the account information of any other AOL member.
