Why can't I view certain content on the AOL service?

Display problems may be caused by the JavaScript settings on your PC. Please follow the instructions below to enable Javascript within your browser.

Enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Exlorer
  1. Click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs, then click Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Internet icon, then click the Custom Level button.
  4. In the Scripting section, under Active Scripting, click the Enable option.
  5. Click the OK button and OK again.

Enable JavaScript in Netscape Navigator

  1. Click Security Center, and then, click Current Site Settings.
  2. Click the Enable JavaScript option.

Enable JavaScript in Firefox

  1. Click Tools, then Options, and then, click Web Features
  2. Click the Enable JavaScript option.
