AOL Help: I ordered broadband and I still haven't received my modem - what's going on?

It takes approximately 10-14 working days for broadband orders to be completed from the date that you submit your order online or over the phone. If it has been more than 10-14 working days since you placed your order and you have not heard anything from us, please call AOL Member Services on 0870 3 20 20 20 to discuss your order.
