The Member Agreement staff will review your report and take action against the members responsible if the activity shows a violation of CompuServe's Member Agreement. Our options include both written warnings and account termination if necessary. All reports of Member Agreement violations are processed within 48 hours.
Chat - To report vulgar language and disruptive behaviour in chat rooms or a conference area of a CompuServe Forum, you should send a Forum message to the Sysop (Manager) of the Forum where the offence occurred. To do this, enter the Forum and address your Forum message to *SYSOP.
E-mail - Report e-mail from strangers that contain attached files or requests for your Password, credit card number, other personal information, or a Terms of Membership violation, to ukcstech@cs.com using the Forward button in the e-mail - we cannot accept copied and pasted e-mail.
