You will receive the message, "Can't find uninstaller," if the uninstaller file is damaged or removed. To resolve the issue, reinstall the AOL Toolbar software, then run the uninstaller again.

Reinstall and Uninstall the AOL Toolbar Software

Reinstalling the AOL Toolbar software will put a fresh copy of the uninstaller on your computer.

To reinstall and uninstall the AOL Toolbar software:
1. Go to http://info.aol.co.uk/aoltoolbar.

2. Click the Download AOL Toolbar button, then follow the onscreen prompt to download and complete the installation.

3. On the right side of the AOL Toolbar, next to the Sign In link, click the Toolbar Options icon, select Help, then click Uninstall Toolbar.

4. Click the Uninstall button.

5. When prompted to restart the computer after the uninstallation, click the Finish button.
