AOL currently provides the following 'premium services' to its customers:
- AOL's "Text messaging" service, IM2Mobile and IM forwarding Service, through which you can send text messages from you PC to any UK phone;
- the McAfee VirusScan service;
- the AOL Alerts and Reminders service.
Until 1 February 2007, these 'premium services' will continue to be provided to you by AOL Europe Services Sarl under the terms of the AOL Conditions of Service and the additional terms and conditions that apply to any AOL premium products you may use.
From 1 February 2007 AOL (UK) Limited (within the AOL group of companies) will replace AOL Europe Services Sarl as the provider of these 'premium services'.
